So the g_sabermorerealistic 2 command enables dismemberment but also adds the extra saber damage that the 1 setting. You can occasionally cut off an arm here or there but i read somewhere that originally the developers had made it so that. While you're at the main menu, make sure model dismemberment in the options section of settings is enabled, then exit out of the game.
